Most work can be undertaken remotely, which reduces time and costs, but support can also be given on site.

Much of the day-to-day work involves PC and laptop repairs, virus removal, networking and installation. PuzzledWorld can also offer webhosting, email and domain name services at excellent rates, with special promotions for charities and community groups. Web Design and editing can also be undertaken on your behalf.

PuzzledWorld specialises in services for charities and community groups, and in deploying 'Virtual Office' environments with remote working.

Formed in 2006, one of the principal aims of PuzzledWorld was to offer ongoing support and services to the charities and community groups that were former clients of Jigsaw Hosting and Hosting4u, taking over some of their brands and programmes as well as developing oure own. Since then PuzzledWorld has grown, developed, and taken on many new aspects, but one of our key missions has always been to provide "business class services for a third sector budget".

Our founding Director worked with and for charities, churches and community groups for over fifteen years, supporting them in all aspects of ICT provision, alongiside many other roles. We understand the day-to-day challenges of the sector, and are pleased to be able to provide services that some charities could previously only dream of, by negotiating and extending substantial discounts. We're a non-profit company ourselves, and pay no direct salaries.

The skills and dedication of our small team, coupled with our partnerships with large national and international organisations, enable us to offer many services of particular interest to the voluntary and community sector: PC maintenance, broadband, phone lines, conference calling, virtual office setup, pre-pay MasterCards for salary or expenses, online data backup, anti-virus protection, heavily discounted software, or just a friendly word of advice.
