Our increasingly-popular PCSLiveHelp and PCSLiveWire services, which enable us to connect to desktop and laptop computers remotely, has been further developed over the past few weeks, and now also operates on Android.  We can now connect to computers remotely from a mobile phone - subject to data connection - absolutely anywhere.  Obviously it's not too easy to navigate round a full computer screen on a mobile phone screen, but it does mean we can respond to urgent requests almost immediately.  The service also provides an indication of where a device is located, which can assist in recovering stolen computers.
