We have now installed an online computer repair tracker system that provides many new benefits to our PC repiar, healthcheck and recovery services.

Although the systm is intended primarily to enable us to track progress on jobs as they come in, and to provide a reference point if machines come back in, we have also implemented a live front-end for customers, to enable you to see exactly what has and is being done on your machine.

All PC repair jobs will be logged into the system, which will generate a unique Work Order ID code to identify the job, and unique Asset IDs for your equipment.  Our team will update the system as work is undertaken, with notes made of any actions, installations and upgrades undertaken.  Recommendations will also be made directly within the system.  Once work has been completed a full report is generated, with explanations of everything that has been done or still needs to be done.  You can login to our system at any time with your unique Work Order ID code and PIN code, to view progress or to check the details of previous work undertaken.

We will be adding all previous repair joibs onto the system over the next few weeks, which will ensure we have an accurate record of all equipment we have worked on, allowing us to quickly see a full 'service history'.
