Managed Support HelpDesk
Our Managed HelpDesk Support System can help you to provide technical support to your team or users, and can be configured in a number of ways to meet your requirements.
The service provides a unique technical support address to your organisation, and provides you access to our Managed Support Servie HelpDesk. Emails sent to your technical support address are logged in the HelpDesk and can then be delivered to you and/or us. Replies will also be logged in the system before being forwarded to the enquirer. However, enquiries can be forwarded between yourselves and ourselves, without the enquirer knowing about the background conversation. For example, if someone emailed regarding a problem logging in to your site, you might reply with a reminder of their email address. If that does not resolve the problem, though, you may want us to investigate further. We'd be able to see the conversation history and reply to the enquirer directly on your behalf if you wanted us to. You'd see a copy of what we send, and would be able to add such responses to your own support knowledgebase if you wished.
