We are working on a number of new services which will be released in the Autumn.

We've already shared some information about our mailing list systems, which are now in their final stages of development and testing.  This service will be live very shortly, with pricing to be announced in early September.

We have also recently registered some new domains which we will be using to provide subdomain-based community hosting on.  Using a subdomain means there is no domain name registration fees, and so we can offer services at an even lower cost.  The domains we will be using include thurrock.co, puzzled.me.uk, unityhost.co, and giddyweb.com - though we are also looking to secure other names to meet anticipated demand.  

The specialist community group service is likely to be half the price of existing packages, running on WordPress, Drupal or Google-based systems, and we are looking into establishing a community forum for help and advice also.  Email services will also be provided and telecoms services can be added in also.

We will be updating our contact and support systems to ensure even quicker responses to requests for help, and are preparing to launch a live ordering system which will mean that standard packages can be ordered and paid for online and immediately activated.  Specialist packages and community group services will still require manual setup, but this will continue to be within 2 hours in most cases.

Look out for some special promotions on PC repair services - including health-check and optimisations - and for new video tutorials, further webinars and a new FAQ/tips section to the site.
