Our Design & Print service helps get your ideas onto paper and out into the hands of those that need to see it.

Training

It won't come as much of a surprise that we can offer ICT training to groups and individuals, covering a range of topics.  Wherever possible we deliver the training remotely, using ConferenceCall facilities and remote support applications to enable screen-sharing.  We can often visit clients to deliver training in person also.  We have also worked closely with partner and member organisations to deliver training in other areas.

The training pages are new to the website and will be developed over time.  

Managed Support

Building on the success and strength of a close working relationship with many clients we are relaunching our Managed Support Services for 2011.  Whether you want reassurance that your website is being monitored regularly, a dedicated support technician able to access your PC at any time, or having someone to respond to your end-users technical support needs, our Managed Support Services can help, providing some or all of the following:

Report Writer Lite

Report Wrier Lite has been developed with a local Primary School to assist in report writing without the cost of other commercial packages.

Still technically an early beta, the programme is available for use by schools and feedback is much appreciated.
