We've been using both internally for a considerable time but are now preparing to roll both services out for open public use by our clients.

Chances are you have seen surveys hosted by surveymonkey in the past.  Our online survey system is similar to this, but has greater flexibility and many possible uses.  One of our clients have been using it to run a survey for their members to gather feedback to shape their future direction.  It could be used for virtually any purpose, and is highly customisable.

Our mailing list service allows you to send regular news bulletins to members or contacts who opt-in to receive them.  Taking care of a lot of the administrative functions in the background automatically, and allowing your users to subscribe and unsubscribe themselves, you can concentrate on getting targetted information out to people and leave us to ensure it works for you.
